Our Return Policy

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Note: For hygiene reasons, Boogie Boards with installed traction pads and used Surfboard Traction products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your surf gear:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than a grom paddles for a wave (usually within 24 hours) with return instructions
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package your items in the original packaging (protect it like you would your favorite board)
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Get Refunded – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – lost packages are worse than a flat day at your local break.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchange Policy

Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem! Follow the same return process and include a note about what you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “barrel ride” and cover all shipping costs.
