Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to get your gear to you fast and safe.
Shipping Options & Times:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivered within 10-15 days after shipping (1-2 day processing time)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivered within 15-25 days after shipping (1-2 day processing time)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% stoked about your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right – no hassles, no wipeouts.
Our Return Policy:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused with original packaging and tags
- Full refund or exchange available
- Note: For hygiene reasons, Boogie Boards with installed traction pads and used Surfboard Traction products cannot be returned unless defective
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than a grom paddles for a wave (usually within 24 hours) with return instructions
- Pack It Up – Securely package items in original packaging (protect it like you would your favorite board)

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – lost packages are worse than a flat day at your local break.

Exchange Policy:
Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem! Follow the same return process and include a note about what you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “barrel ride” and cover all shipping costs.
