  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 days after shipping

Delivery Areas

We ship globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If we can’t deliver to your location, we’ll let you know faster than a duck dive.

Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% stoked with your gear. If not:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused with original packaging and tags
  • Full refund or exchange available
  • Note: For hygiene reasons, Boogie Boards with installed traction pads and used Surfboard Traction products cannot be returned unless defective
